Day 3 - Listening in


 

Today is all about different ways we can listen to ourselves.

This includes our physical sense of listening, as well as a more intuitive listening into what we truly need for ourselves, especially when thinking about the remainder of 2025.

The meditation today is also a chance to practise using our hearing as a focus point (or anchor). You don’t always need silence or quiet for meditation, as sound can actually be used as part of the meditation.

The reflective exercise will then ask you to put pen to paper to write a letter to yourself.

This is one that I normally recommend doing with an actual pen and paper, as the act of physically writing and how it feels (and how it looks!) is all part of the learning and connecting with our thoughts.

However if you find it easier to type or say your words into a recording, then please do this! Ease is an important part of this week, so make all these exercises work for you in the best way they can.
