Hot Chocolate Meditation - get yourself ready
I’m really looking forward to sharing a hot chocolate meditation with you. This is a sensory guided experience that involves slowly sipping your hot chocolate and starting to really tune into the full body tasting of this.
I’ve included some suggestions for getting ready for the meditation in the short video, but the most important thing is your hot chocolate!
I normally allow about 10 minutes to make it and then bring it to the meditation still warm. It’s also helpful to have a glass of water to sip on as well.
We kick off at 4.30pm GMT / 5.30pm CET on Sunday 29th June.
