This pretty bar is a delicious flavour combination that Meredith incorporated in her very first chocolate range. She’s updated it with a new chocolate and now using Welsh sea salt.
The chocolate in this bar is a smooth 72% cocoa Solomon Islands dark chocolate*. The fruity notes of blackcurrant and banana in the chocolate complement the sweet/sour freeze-dried raspberries on top, with added crunch from pumpkin seeds (plus a pinch of Anglesey sea salt!).
We suggest breaking off small pieces and savouring with pleasure.
*The chocolate is made with beans from David Natei's Farm, Tenaru, Guadalcanal Island.
We’re proudly single use plastic free. Each slice is packaged in a home compostable cellulose bag to keep it fresh and protected in the post. All our packaging is reusable, home compostable or recyclable.
