The delicious base of our Gingery Jamaica is a crowd-pleasing 75% cocoa Jamaican dark chocolate, which Meredith describes as incredibly ‘eatable’. We were delighted to be award Silver at the 2020 Academy of Chocolate Awards for this heart warming blend.
Ginger and chocolate are a lovely partnership. The chocolate base of this uplifting blend has natural rum & raisin tones that make it a lovely partner for a touch of ginger to warm your heart from the inside.
It also reminds us of gingerbread and Christmas - mmm.
The Gingery Jamaica blend contains lovingly flaked single origin dark chocolate. We’ve added a dash of organic cacao powder, a splash of organic coconut sugar, a warming burst of ground ginger and a teensy pinch of sea salt. It’s designed to melt easily and give you a full (yet gentle!) chocolatey hit.
